King Talk: Joe Taylor told me the Oil Industry is dead. He attributes it to the Gulf Oil Spill and all of the regulations that were enforced afterwards. Companies don't want to drill in the gulf anymore. They'd rather drill overseas where regulations are not so aggressive.
