King Talk: I ran into Victor Wildcat this evening in Gatlinburg, Tennesse . I met him and his family a few years ago when he used to dance in Cherokee, North Carolina. This is his first summer working in Gatlinburg. He says he makes better money on this side of the mountain but he doesn't have a permit to dance.
